I don’t write reviews as often as I used to because I don’t have the free time I used to. Given I’m reviewing not one, not two, but three movies in a trilogy, I decided it would be much easier and less time-consuming if I just recorded my thoughts as a quick, unscripted, as spoiler-free as possible audio review. Well, 26 minutes later…
Today I am reviewing the three films in writer-director-producer-editor Philip J. Cook’s Malice (or Malice in Wonderland) trilogy:
Malice: Origin
Malice: Metamorphosis
Malice: Emergence
In addition, I also look back on Cook’s 1992 sci-fi flick Invader (a gem waiting to be rediscovered) and his overlooked 2003 supernatural sci-fi feature Despiser. So really, I’m discussing five films in just under a half-hour.
Below you’ll find some trailers and clips for the various films I’m discussing to give you a point of reference for those unfamiliar with any of them.
Is anyone able to get the audio file to load, or is it just me having issues?
It’s working for me – maybe you have some kind of blocker turned on?
Thank you for the response. No blocker on, but I was able to get it to load using a different browser.
